The recently signed EAC-US Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA)

PSFU is mandated by the Government of Uganda to manage the private sector component of Uganda’s 10-year Energy for Rural Transformation Program (ERT).   One of PSFU’s activities under this mandate is to promote business opportunities in the energy sector.  One of the strategies for promotion is direct interaction with the intended audiences.  The Chairman’s Forum is one such activity held annually.

PSFU launched the Enterprise Skills and Linkages (ESL) Programme at a breakfast meeting on 17th July 2008 at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.

The Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) in collaboration with MTN held a special Trade Exhibition on June 27 2008 intended to further make it easier for the private sector to conduct both import and export trade at the most competitive rates in the region.
